【会場】久留米荘島体育館にて恒例のレベルアップを受講してきました。普段は生徒に口だけで、指導ばかりしていますが、自分の体を動かして、先輩方にご指導を受けながら九州一丸となってみんなで切磋琢磨しております。普段いつも会えない同志と年に数回会うことがみんな近況を分かり合い楽しい時間を過ごさせていただいております。今年は段位などを受けていきますので、がんばっていきます。次回は鹿児島霧島市にて行う予定です。

At Kurume Sojima Gymnasium, we attended the annual Level-Up Seminar! 🥋✨

Usually, I spend most of my time just giving instructions to students, but this time I got to move my own body, receive direct guidance from my seniors, and work hard together with karateka from all over Kyushu. 💪🔥

It’s always a joy to reconnect with fellow practitioners we don’t often see, catch up on each other’s lives, and share such an enriching and enjoyable time together.

This year, I’ll also be challenging Dan-level exams, so I’m determined to keep pushing forward. The next seminar is scheduled to be held in Kirishima City, Kagoshima — looking forward to it!
