今日より練習始め、鹿児島神宮までみんなで走り、その後父兄の方達に作って頂いた豚汁を頂きました。みんなで暖まりながらいただきました。「とてもおいしかったです」

次は、月末に審判講習会が始まり、合同練習も始まります

First Practice of the Year

Starting today, we kicked off our first practice of the year.
Everyone ran together to Kagoshima Shrine, and afterward we enjoyed warm tonjiru (pork miso soup) lovingly prepared by the parents.
We warmed up together and enjoyed it very much — “It was delicious!”

Next, at the end of the month, referee training seminars will begin, followed by joint training sessions.

Shitokai members from across Kagoshima Prefecture will gather in Kokubu for a joint practice.
If you are interested in karate in Kagoshima, please feel free to come and watch!
