隼人糸東会

鹿児島県にて、糸東会のﾚﾍﾞﾙｱｯﾌﾟを行わせていただきました
今回は私たちの毎回練習している隼人武道館にて行わせていただきました
前日には懇親会もあり、青木先生と先生たちがハグしているのがとても印象的で残りました（お酒も入ってましたが）
今回私はけがをしてましたので、練習会には参加できませんでしたが、次回はケガを直してまた皆さんと一緒にいい汗を流したいです

We held a Shitōkai Level-Up Training session in Kagoshima Prefecture. 🥋✨

This time, the training was held at Hayato Budokan, where we normally practice every week.

The night before, we also had a social gathering. One of the most memorable moments for me was seeing Sensei Aoki and the other instructors giving each other big hugs. 😂
(Although, to be fair, there may have been a little alcohol involved! 🍻😆)

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to participate in the training session this time because I was still recovering from an injury. But next time, I hope to be fully recovered and join everyone again for a great workout and some good sweat! 💪🥋🔥
